THIS COURSE COUNTS TOWARD THE STARS REQUIREMENT FOR EARLY LEARNING GUIDELINES (ELG)

OSU-OKC in partnership with CECPD is offering the ELG's for Preschool - ages 3-5 ONLINE. This is a self-paced online course that requires the use of technology, discussions, writing and taking quizzes online. The course takes approximately 14 hours to complete.

As a result of this training participants will be able to recognize, apply and use the Oklahoma Early Learning Guidelines daily in their work with Preschool children ages 3-5 years old. Participants will be able to use the ELG's in their lesson plans, share information with families, and provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum/environment for young children.
