This course is the first of a two part series that examines basic accounting and budgeting functions that a director of an early childhood program should know. Participants will gain a detailed understanding of the processes used in planning a budget and learn how to maintain and stay within that budget. This series also includes a practical application course for the application of newly acquired budgeting skills.
