Description

This module will go over the various instructional components in a training. There will be emphasis placed on creating a training environment that is conducive to adult learning and selecting experiences that encourage the learners to be active participants. Training methods that engage the adult learner and promote transfer of knowledge will be discussed, as well as, how to handle negative behavior displayed by learners during a training. By managing the content, process, and environment of the training, Educators can create a safe, non-threatening environment in which adult learning can take place.
