Description

Job related stress affects everyone and especially you, as the Director! It affects your leadership as you manage the staff, the caregivers and the parents in the program you serve! In order to be successful, and provide quality care, caregivers need to look after themselves by managing their stress and finding a sense of balance in their lives. Yet, as professionals in the field of early care and education, we often feel depleted and unappreciated at the end of the day.
